Journey Out Of The Bottle

An Empowering & Feminine Alternative to AA

This is not your Mother’s A.A. or Rehab

We WAKE up ~ We WISE up ~ We RISE up

This is an evolved Reclamation & Liberation out of the archaic (masculine) institutions that keep us Disempowered

Flipping the Narrative on the 12 Steps

  • We do not admit to being flawed or broken.

  • We become our own Highest Power.

  • We do not Punish or Label Ourselves.

  • We Empower ourselves through knowledge about what this toxic substance does to our Body,Mind & Spirit.

  • We do not hang on by our White Knuckles.

  • We Keep Coming Back…to Ourselves.

  • We do not Admit to being Powerless

Wisdom Through Experience

I’m not just a Coach.

I’m not just an Herbalist.

I’m not just a Divorced, Single, Working, Middle-aged Mom.

I’m Melissa LeAira and I drank for 35+ years… Nearly Everyday.

I have LIVED the Journey

I am not your typical Coach…

Here’s how I do it differently.

I built an entire module based course…

But I realized something: This journey is too personal for cookie-cutter, self-paced downloads.

I’m not here to sell you a stack of videos and walk away.

I’m not goint to push you off into a ‘community’ where the group does the work together.

This is lived, human wisdome and I’m WITH you the entire journey.

I use the vast Reservoir of Resources as a toolbelt — and I guide you through it 1:1, based on what you actually need right now. AND… we have community that meets multiple times a week as an open-forum (much like AA meetings but with out the sob stories and other B.S.) as an Incubator.

That’s the difference.!

  • What this substance actually is and How it impacts every system inside our body.

Illuminate the hidden truths about alcohol and the systems designed to keep the feminine asleep to her highest potential. Wake up to the manipulative marketing, societal conditioning, and narratives that keep us disconnected from consciousness and our divine selves.

  • Embark on the journey of emotional growth and inner wisdom. Release the guilt, shame, and disempowering labels imposed by outdated paradigms.

Through healing, we reconnect with the feminine’s intuitive power and align with our ascension path.

  • Break free from the hold of alcohol, the ultimate block to higher consciousness, and reclaim your joy, identity, and evolution. Embrace soul-expanding ways to explore altered states—through unique meditation techniques, sex, breathwork, yoga, and psychedelics—as portals to personal evolution and 5D alignment. Reclaim your feminine brilliance and divine purpose.

Meet Melissa & My Why

You’re probably here because you cannot fathom going to AA Meetings & calling yourself an “Alcoholic”.  That was ME.

I knew the “AA Way”.  I became familiar with it when my mother ‘joined’ in the 1980’s . I went to meetings with her and sat there as a young teenager listening to the STORIES of shame, guilt, powerlessness, punishment.

It wasn’t working sustainably for most of the members who were required to “keep comin’ back’ and admitting to their endless faults and flaws.  I was dumbfounded at the Vibe. And I was privy to the rules and limiting notions of what ‘SOBRIETY’ meant.

But at my Rock Bottom … as I wasted another beautiful Sunday hungover and binge-watching movies on the couch feeling deflated, depressed, tired, sick, anxious and FED UP ~ I decided to go to an AA Meeting. I thought that was what I was supposed to do.

I went to several  more - trying different neighborhoods as well as online groups - but the theme was always the same.  Powerlessness.  Shame. Endless Sob Stories…. And the audacious comment that catapulted me into creating this platform was, "Why won’t you say Your an Alcoholic…if you don’t admit to your powerlessness you’ll go back to drinking”.

The other thing I did was scour YouTube and the Internet for HOPEFUL stories. I was looking for other that were living a LIfe of FREEDOM from Alcohol, not just an existence of being SOBER. Inspiration. Fun. WOMEN who were still LIVING and Having FUN. It was difficult and pretty non-existent.

And  that’s how Journey Out of the Bottle was born.
